A written request may include your name, telephone number, email address if provided, ZIP code or general property location, requested service, and description of the problem.
How request information is used
Request information may be used to respond to the inquiry and help connect the requester with an independent septic service provider. We do not use the form to make guarantees about provider availability, pricing, credentials, timing, or warranties.
Source and referral information
The request form may record the landing page, referring page, and campaign parameters included in the site URL so we can understand which pages and sources produce genuine service inquiries.
Calls and analytics
No call recording or general analytics tracking ID is currently configured. This policy will be updated before those practices are enabled.
